2 chances to ‘breakthrough’...
You will receive from HolCom
- An email acknowledgment, usually within 48 hours of receipt.
- Our in depth review of your complaint correspondence and review of other information relevant to your complaint.
- Our first full draft response for you to use back to the holiday company, sent to you by email usually no later than 10 days from the date of our email acknowledgment.
- If the full eventual response from the operator is not satisfactory to you and you send it to us by post or email with your further comments, we will compile a second draft response for you to use sent to you by email, usually no later than 7 days from receipt.
Our Guarantees...
Aside from using Google’s new secure payment system, we know just how annoying it is if an operator doesn’t reply on time. We therefore offer the additional guarantee ourselves that if we take longer than the times above to reply to you and we don’t let you know in advance that we are going to have to take longer, you will receive a full refund of your payment to us. We will of course also send you our email responses for you to use anyway.

Otherwise, we hope you understand that we will do our best to help you receive the reply you want from the operator but that this cannot be guaranteed - leading horses to water and not drinking and all that!! You agree therefore that if this doesn’t happen for whatever reason you will not hold us responsible. We also strive to be fair to both sides and so sometimes we may not use all of the arguments you have used. Finally, our service is not designed to be a formal legal service and you agree also that if that’s what you want, you need a solicitor and not us!
